Welcome to a past that has taste.
Once upon a time, there was a forgotten specialty of ancient Rome: the Roman pizza ! Long before the Neapolitan pizza, Roman peasants prepared a tasty dough, shaped by hand. This ancestral recipe had a name: Pinsa, from the Latin pinsere, meaning "to stretch". Pinsa, from the Latin pinsere, meaning "to stretch".

Excellent Pinsas, light and crispy, choice of original gourmet white pinsas and finally quite large.
The half version (more than half actually) with salad is really well proportioned. Sicilian wines by the glass very decent (tested white and red).
